Hailing from Forte dei Marmi in Tuscany, Italy, chef/ owner PierAntonio Micheli brings the flavors of Northern Italy to northern Utah. Le Nonne (“the grandmothers”) is named for Micheli’s mother and grandmother, who taught him to cook.
